Hi, I’m Bruno and I’m the founder of Flight Odyssey LLC.
I started flightodyssey.com because aviation has always been more than just a hobby for me. It’s how I understand the world. From airline operations and aircraft systems to route launches and behind the scenes industry shifts, I’ve always been drawn to the stories that happen above the clouds and far beyond the boarding gate.
After years of reading surface level aviation news and seeing how much context and technical depth was missing, I decided to build something better.
Flight Odyssey LLC exists to tell aviation stories properly. Not clickbait. Not recycled press releases. Real insight, clear explanations, and honest reporting for people who genuinely care about flying.
I’ve spent years working as an aeronautical engineer at some of the world’s best airlines, building and running aviation focused platforms and growing large digital audiences across social media and YouTube. That experience taught me one simple thing: people don’t just want headlines, they want to understand what’s actually happening in the industry.
That’s what you’ll find here.
At Flight Odyssey LLC, I cover airline news, aircraft, aviation technology, industry trends, and the operational side of flying, in a way that both curious travelers and serious aviation enthusiasts can follow and enjoy.
I’ve been in your seat before. The one refreshing news sites, digging through forums, and trying to piece together what a story really means.
So my goal with Flight Odyssey LLC is simple: to give you clear, accurate, and thoughtful aviation coverage that respects your intelligence and your love for flight.
What I’m currently doing (career-wise) and how I got here
Right now, I run and grow aviation media platforms, including Flight Odyssey LLC, where I report on airline news, aircraft, operations, and the real business side of flying.
This didn’t start as a “content career”. It started as pure obsession.
I spent years reading accident reports, airline schedules, fleet changes, maintenance stories, and industry briefings just because I genuinely enjoyed understanding how aviation actually works. Over time, I began publishing what I was learning, first casually, then more seriously.
As my writing improved and my audience grew, I realised something important: there was a big gap between technical aviation knowledge and the way most aviation news is presented online.
So I leaned into that gap.
I built audiences across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms by explaining aviation stories in a clear, human way, without dumbing them down. That momentum gave me both the confidence and the audience base to launch dedicated aviation websites like Flight Odyssey, where I could go deeper than short-form content ever allows.
Today, my work is focused on:
- publishing original aviation journalism,
- analysing airline and aircraft developments,
- and building aviation brands that people actually trust.
At the same time, I’m actively involved in day to day aviation operations as a Licensed ICAO Type II and EASA B1.1 professional Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. I currently work on A320s, A330s, A350s, B787s, B777s and A380s.
How my background makes me unique
Most aviation writers come from either journalism or pure enthusiasm.
I come from both media and operational curiosity.
I’ve grown large digital audiences, worked deeply with modern content platforms, and learned exactly how people consume aviation information today. But I’ve also spent years studying the technical and operational side of aviation on my own, first as an aeronautical engineering student in College and then as a professional Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
That mix is rare.
It means I don’t just ask: “What’s the headline?”
I ask: “What actually changed inside the airline, the aircraft, or the operation and why does it matter?”
Because I’m also an active technical aviation professional, my perspective is based on how things really function on the ground and in the hangar, not just how they look in a press release.
So what makes me different is simple: I build aviation media with the mindset of someone who is deeply involved in daily aviation operations, not just writing about it.
Welcome aboard.
